Shipping- General Information
INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS: If your trainer is taken by customs and NOT returned to me, you will NOT get a refund. If the trainer is returned to me you WILL get a refund or I will try and send the knife to you 1 more time IF we split the cost of shipping. This is the risk you take.
All orders are processed within 5-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number.
Due to a high volume of orders and since I am shipping these items out myself, there may be small delays, but I will always keep in contact with you if there is a delay.
What is the Wrench thing?
This "wrench" comes with international orders. It makes the balisong look like a wrench when in an Xray in customs. This is a precautionary measure, even though it is not illegal in any country.
Shipping Rates and Estimates

Domestic calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This will include a sales tax charge if you live in California. These products are being shipped out of California, so shipping will be based on distance from California to your location.

International calculated shipping rates: I am offering international shipping. The Wave is a TRAINER, non-sharp blade, but may still be mistaken for a real blade when going through X-Rays at customs. We are taking precautions to try to get your international shipment to you.
Process of International Shipping: The knife will be disguised as a wrench, and labeled "wrench" when sold to you internationally. There are 3 countries that I will not ship to due to trouble with shipping: Japan, United States Emirates, and Poland. ALL other countries have been successful shipments. Shipping will cost about $20, and the whole trainer will be sold to you in 1 package.
We will keep in contact through this process to come up with the best solution to any problems that arise.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ArtSea Flips is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 3-5 days for the tracking information to become available.
If you need any assisstance with you order please contact me at artseaflips@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
ArtSea Flips accepts returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once shipped, ArtSea Flips is not responsible if the item is lost, damaged, or stolen. If you would like your package insured through the postal service, you have the option to pay an extra fee, just contact me at artseaflips@gmail.com and we can arrange for it.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
IF you do not receive your international order and customs takes the knife away, you will NOT get a REFUND. If the knife is ceased from customs and returned to me, you have 2 choices: I can try and send it ONE more time to you IF we split the cost of shipping. Or you can get a refund of the knife minus shipping.

Warning Information/Liability
ArtSea Flips made this trainer in a shape that includes a bevel on the blade, so it can be converted into a real blade. HOWEVER, if you decide to go through the process to sharpen this, it may be considered illegal in your state/country. Check laws in your area related to this. This product is MEANT to be a trainer, used to do finger flipping exercises and to learn fun tricks with. It is not meant to be a weapon.
If you decide to alter the blade, ArtSea Flips cannot be held liable for injuries, damages, or legal allegations that occur, since the original product is not sharp.
Also, due to the trainer having small parts, these could be considered a choking hazard for small children. The product is made of heavy materials that could possibly lead a child to damage or injure themselves or others.
