Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number.

Due to a high volume of orders and since I am shipping these items out myself, there may be small delays, but I will always keep in contact with you if there is a delay.

*Costs of shipping doubles if you order 2 of The Wave*

Domestic calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This will include a sales tax charge if you live in California. These products are being shipped out of California, so shipping will be based on distance from California to your location.

International calculated shipping rates: I am offering international shipping. The Wave is a TRAINER, non-sharp blade, but may still be mistaken for a real blade when going through X-Rays at customs. We are taking precautions to try to get your international shipment to you.

For most countries where balisongs are legal, The Wave will be sent in 1 package and shipping costs will be high due to it being international shipping.

There are many countries where balisongs are illegal and The Wave could be mistaken for a live blade, shipping costs will be DOUBLED due to sending the trainer dissembled in 2 packages for these. Check your country's laws if you are not sure if it will need to be shipped in 2 packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS: If your trainer is taken by customs and NOT returned to me, you will NOT get a refund. If the trainer is returned to me you WILL get a refund. This is the risk you take.

There is a chance that the trainer may not get through customs. THIS IS THE RISK YOU TAKE when ordering The Wave internationally, and especially from one of the countries above where customs are strict with what items they allow to pass through. I will try my best to get you the package(s), but if it is confiscated from both the seller (ArtSea) and the buyer, then no refund will be given. If we receive the knife back after it is confiscated by customs, then the buyer may receive a refund minus shipping costs. There will be a delay due to shipping time internationally, this may vary due to the increase in shipments during the holiday season. We will

keep in contact through this process to come up with the best solution to any problems that arise.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ArtSea Flips is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
